Admittedly, I’m terrible about blogging. This session happened at the start of the school year and Liz just graduated. BUT, it’s here now and that’s what’s important. Not to mention, I’m still obsessed with the shoot.
Most of my senior sessions start somewhere- urban, nature, city, etc. Each session is customized based on your personality, outfit selections, and interests from there. So for Liz’s session, we started out with a classic glam look but paired it with a mixture of urban backgrounds and nature.
Her next look was more on the trendy side but still in a classic neutral palette. When you guys book with me, you’ll get lots of advice on outfit choices. Some of the advice is a must- like no neon colors, ever. Other things are just suggestions to help you avoid looking back and cringing at styles you had on in your photos.
This door. If we shoot downtown Youngstown and you bring neutrals, expect some shots by this door. One minute in front of it will result in golden goodness!
Special shoutout to Sin Pretty Beauty for the clip-in extensions for Liz’s senior session. Liz already has long hair so the extensions added just the right amount of volume and bounce for those hair flips I love so much!
I spend a lot of time shooting around the Youngstown area, but I love traveling as well. Don’t feel like you’re limited to getting your senior pictures done in the same places as everyone else. And don’t worry about them looking the same; they won’t. I promise. I capture moments. No one can replicate that.
So what is a destination senior session? It can mean anything from Cleveland to San Diego. Keep an eye on my instagram for dates I’ll be in different cities or contact me about a city you want to book!
