Grace is an artist. Her artistic side shines in everything she does from the coolest social media posts, to her style, to the way she sees the world. After I met her, I knew I wanted to step up my game and deliver a session that was true to her spirit.
The spot we used was MADE for her. Literally so perfect! The second I saw it, I couldn’t wait to pitch it to her. This was months before her session so I had some time to scout the spot for a range of options. If you’ve seen Grace’s instagram then you’ll understand!
You’ve likely seen this photo on social media a few times. It’s one of my all time favorites and literally has a home on my desktop in a folder labeled “Ashley’s favs.” The full length version exists there too!
Grace is heading to college next year to study pre-med. My initial thought was, “wow, that’s so amazing!” Then my mind shifted to how to beneficial the creative side of her brain will be in the medical field. Maybe it’s a stereotype or maybe it’s just been my experience, but having autoimmune diseases, I WISH my doctors thought beyond the textbook to treat me. I feel like Grace’s intelligence and creativity combined will ensure she’s one of the most sought after medical professionals out there!
You know when you meet someone and you just click. That’s Grace. Anyone would be so lucky to have her in their corner. She’s such a kind soul and humanitarian.
Grace, I am so fortunate to have met you and captured your story this year. I hope the ambassador experience was a highlight among your senior year!
