Braiden is one of the sweetest girls! She has this core group of girls that stick together, support one another, and genuinely root for each other. That is so commendable especially during teen years and made me adore her even more.
mini destination shoot
For Braiden’s shoot, we did a mini destination session. Mini destinations are for shoots in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Akron, basically with 90 minutes. They are perfect if you want something more unique or want that city vibe. I have a growing list of spots I love!

During the consult, we decided Pittsburgh was the best location to highlight Braiden’s personality. I love all the bright, colorful locations. And those yellow bridges scream warmth & happiness to me. Yes, I’m personally drawn to those dreamy earth tones but these sessions are about highlighting YOU and bold colors mesh with summer sessions so well.

“What do I wear?” is the most common question I get asked prior to senior sessions. No worries, I have lots of good stuff to get you prepped. The common theme I want to point out with Braiden’s clothing choices are the timelessness of them. A black dress, white tank & jeans, and plaid. You cannot go wrong with that. Plus, it keeps the focus on you, not your outfit. I recently found my senior pictures and aside from one of the outfits (cringe-worthy), I was so glad I stuck to timeless pieces.

Chances are if you bring a friend to your shoot for extra support and laughs, I’m getting them in front of my camera too!
