Allie’s urban senior session is taking me back to warm, summer days where social distancing wasn’t even a phrase and creativity was thriving. When we met up for Allie’s consult, I knew this was going to be a fun shoot. Allie has such great style (that leopard skirt & doc marten’s combo was everything!!) and was awesome about letting me do my thing when it came to the photos. I know I’ve mentioned this in previous blogs but putting your trust in me is the key to successful photos!
LOCATIONS
We shot downtown Youngstown for Allie’s urban senior session. There’s so much variety to pick from all within walking distance. I love mixing in some greenery using the ivy walls.
We started the session knowing that it may rain but Allie was game to shoot either way! By the second outfit/location below, it started to do this misty rain type thing. Allie was super chill about the whole thing and didn’t let it affect her session. In my absolute favorite photo of hers, you can actually see little mists of rain in her hair.. I think it adds to the story and shows her carefree spirit.
Taking cover from the rain so we could get one last look in, we shot indoors in an adorable coffee shop for about half that look. Allie and I finished up the session in some of my favorite urban spots downtown.
